Apparently, James is allergic to penicillin.

Then 50 years ago he would've been dead. Works out well that he wasn't alive then to begin with, eh?
Emily- From what I've heard you can develop the allergy at any time. Kinda scary.
Kara- Yes, very lucky. Especially if he had syphillis 50 years ago. He'd be insane and/or dead by now.
Sadly he is insane... not that there's anything wrong with that. (((eyebrows slanting wickedly)))
Oh Jamesy. Reminds me of when we all got the "Fifth Disease", whateverthehell that is. We sat in a hotel room in LaQuinta rubbing calamine lotion all over eachother. It was mine and James' birthday weekend too. Sad, so sad.

Oh Lordy, fifth disease. It was sheer madness! All you monkeys said was "owie, owie, owie" as you rocked and clenched your tummys. It was truly pathetic.
I love you guys, but frankly you almost got tossed off the hotel roof.
Oh Mom, have a heart. :) Off the roof? You could have just drowned us in the hotel pool. Much less messy.
Hell you could have just left us in the room alone with each other moaning and groaning - eventually we would have just killed each other off....
ahh, but if he had syphillis...chances are he would've been royalty too. that would've been good news for YOU...royalty had nice clothes.
